Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Utility Carts
The cart is made from fully welded stainless steel construction. The 700 lb. (300 kg) capacity is ideal for continuous moving of heavy loads over various standard floor surfaces. The legs and frame are of U-frame design, eliminating the need for corner reinforcements. The leg/frame construction are 120 x 1" x 1" angle stainless steel. The shelves are constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel and are welded to the vertical leg frames. The shelves are double hemmed on all four edges for extra rigidity. Each cart has two 5" (127mm) diameter extra-load swivel casters with 1-1/4" (32 mm) wide non-marking polyurethane wheels, and two 8" diameter extra-load wheels mounted to a fixed axle. The swivel casters are plate type and bolted to an 18-gauge 5" (127 mm) wide stainless steel cross member with a galvanized reinforcement. The push handle is made of 18 gauge 1" O.D. stainless steel tubing. The handle mounting brackets are welded to the vertical leg frame.
