The Ecoline Heating Circulators provide all the features you need and want in an affordable unit with internal/external temperature control capabilities. Because of their unprecedented heating capacity, these compact units can be used in a wide range of applications. A modified PID controller provides energy-saving temperature control- adjusts the 1300 watt heater power to correspond with effective demand and compensate for temperature drift. Electronically controlled high output pumps with five selectable output settings. Five-speed, adjustable, high-pressure pump features a maximum flow rate of 20 L/min. with an outflow pressure of 0.4 bar, and it circulates to closed loop systems only. User calibratable electronics eliminate the need for temperature correction logs-ideal for laboratories that must verify the temperature on the display against a calibrated source. The Vario-Pump allows operation at room temperature without additional cooling equipment; the hydro-dynamically optimized engineering of the Vario-Pump eliminates friction that could introduce unnecessary heat into the bath. All Ecoline Circulators include a continuously variable individual flow split between the internal bath circulation and an external circuit. Independent low-liquid-level safety shuts off power should the liquid fall below a minimum level. Audible alarm indicates when a safety feature has been activated. Adjustable over-temperature protection through double PT100 sensors with separate fail-safe electronic circuits. High viscosity detection of bath liquid prevents any damage to the pump system. Choose from 3 different controllers: E-100 Series displays actual and set-point temperatures. Universal symbols identify operating functions and status of safety features.
