Lauda Recirculating Chillers can replace tap water cooling in any closed-loop system. These compact units eliminate temperature and pressure fluctuations, minimize particle build-up, and improve the efficiency of your processes. Lauda WK Recirculating Chillers may be used in research as well as application technology and production. Bright LED readout displays actual and set-point temperature. Automatic over-pressure shutoff protects the refrigeration system. Built-in pressure reducer allows safe connection to fragile glassware such as rotary evaporator condensers and glass-jacketed reactors (Models WK-1200, 2200, 3200, and only 4600). Motor overload protection shuts off compressor and pump in case of an overload. CFC-free cooling system protects the environment. Visual liquid-level indicates when liquid in reservoir is at proper level (not on Model WK-230). Benchtop Model WK-230 is ideal for fragile, heat-generating instruments needing lower pressures. Model WK-500 accommodates multiple systems or applications that require greater pressure, e.g. small-diameter tubing.
