Just slip the Ampule Snapper over the top at the pre-scored position, snap it, and discard both the ampule and the safety collar to prevent cross-contamination. Vacule® Ampules with Funnel-Top and Stopper
This small-volume lyophilization Vacule® ampule can be flame-sealed or stored with a stopper in place. It is made of Wheaton 33® low extractable borosilicate glass, (meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards). Two ampule sealing methods can be used.
