Prices on this site are shown in U.S. Dollars and are current at the time of printing. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors on this site. Payment Terms
Customers with approved credit are extended payment terms of Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments or delinquent accounts are subject to a 1.5% interest charge (per month) on the unpaid balance. We accept American Express®, MasterCard® or Visa® credit cards. We do not take personal checks. Company checks are taken only on accounts with approved credit.
Minimum Orders
Orders under $75 may be subject to processing and handling charges.
Terms of Sale
Shipments from General Laboratory Supply are made F.O.B. shipping point. Title to goods passes to recipient at shipping point. Requests for Air Freight will incur all applicable shipping, packaging and handling charges.Limited Warranty
All products described and sold herein are warranted by the manufacturer. We make no warranty and shall have no obligation except as stated. In no event will General Laboratory Supply be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of the products described herein or of any products purchased or in any way obtained from General Laboratory Supply. A customer’s sole and exclusive recourse for any damages or cause of action arising out of the sale or use of products from General Laboratory Supply shall be replacement of the product or issuance of full credit for the purchase price of the goods less any handling or restocking charges.
We make no warranty, express or implied, that the products are merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or that the products will conform to the illustrations or descriptions contained herein. No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the Limited Warranty statement above is made or authorized.
Returned Goods Policy
All returns, for any reason, must have prior approval with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and may be subject to handling and or restocking charges. All items authorized for return must be in unused and sale-able condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods prior to issuing credit. All requests to return goods must be made within 15 days of receipt and must be returned to us within 10 days of RGA issue date.
